If I decide I want to mod my stock 2003 MY Z06 up to or over 500HP does anyone have a recommendation of what mod(s) can get the job done (no nitro) and a dealer or shop in the Cleveland, Toledo, Columbus, Cincinnati corridor that I can trust to do a professional no hassle or trouble job?

500hp is a pretty tall order - do you mean RWHP?
Supercharger should get you pretty close with the standard accompanyments, headers etc.
Is money and object? If I were shooting for 500hp I might just drop in a 427 (assuming money were no object). I like NA power...

500bhp is not that hard to achieve. 500rwhp is a little different - that's almost 600bhp.
Heads/cam/headers/valvetrain/cat back/intake (blackwing/halltech) will get you to around 450rwhp
Blower plus headers/cat back/intake will get you past 500rwhp
Expect to spend circa $6000 for heads/cam plus installation and circa $7000 plus installation costs for a blower
And get it professionally tuned - that cost extra - $500-$1000

Hey Hoogbest, a buddy just did a head and cam swap on his LS1. He had a shop in Dayton do the install. They had him in and out in a day, and did everything for $700.oo. I'll call him tonight and find out which shop he went to.
