I just replaced mine with AC Delco Iridiums (factory-style). It had Densos in it. Gap for AC Delco Iridiums: 0.040". As for wires, I got a set from Mid America (inexpensive set) made with Packard wiring in Blue. Got them just to dress up under the hood a little. They were $40 for the set. Eventually, I'll go with better wires.
those are both very good products. I opted for the MSDs they have been good to me. I also went with NGK's but im having some ignition problems now. Im not sure that its the plugs, its probably a coil

and use the oem ends. NGK TR55's. Everyone gaps theirs different
depending on mods and personal preference. Range .050 to .060.
