Love my Dynatech's . Great build quality. Very cool cats. Great fit. Nice STOP torque and HP increase. Pulls like a freight train. Excellent X-pipe.

What's not to love?

Mine were easy to install (took a long time though) and I didn't have to raise the engine or remove a valve cover, I didn't even jack my car up as high as people on this forum said you'd have to. I love mine. Clean 'em up though, before you fire up the engine, or you will have some stains, like mine. I don't mind, but some people would, I'm sure. I actually had better gains from my vararam install, but pipes were a necessity for my hotrod.

I didn't install mine because the local shop only charged $350 labor to put them on. They are an awesome mod. I have had the Dynatechs on for around a month and a half, and I agree that it pulls like a freight train now. It is a better SOTP increase than doing the air intake. The sound is great, too. I have the LT's, HF cats, and x-pipe.
The car was noticably stronger, with a deep growl on acceleration. I liked it so much, I threw a set of Borla Stingers on there last week. The sound the LT's give is addictive, but barely more than stock. I had no air leaks, and absolutely no trouble codes. The shop did a great job, but it is a high quality product. No regrets at all, and I would definitely do it again.

I really got to check mine out while the car was on the lift and I am very impressed. I have been around several different header sets for different cars and these are VERY good. They will not outflow LG's but I believe they are quieter and cheaper. If I could just lay off the gas I am sure my mpg is up

Are you saying you got MORE performance gain from an air intake system than a set of longtube headers. That just doesn't make sense to me.

I would definitely purchase Dynatechs again. I gained 2-3 MPH in the 1/4 when I added Dynatechs last year.

My Dynatechs will be up for sale hopefully within the next week or two as I wont need them with my turbo setup.

Me twice! Great build quality & looks like show quality to me. I also had the Magnaflow exhaust installed at the same time and an Elite tunnel brace. The mufflers are to quiet for me, just like stock when I'm on it.

Best bang for the buck. Love mine, great looking, sounding and performance is on par with the more "expensive" models! with your savings you can add in a Vararam and really wake up the Beast

Best mod so far. I can accelerate from 60mph in 6th uphill at 6200ft, the car would not do that stock.

yep, so far the vararam (and 160 tstat) accounted for a 2.4 tenth reduction in et and 1.4mph increase in mph. The pipes have only netted me 2 tenths et and 1.3mph. That's how it worked for me.

All these numbers are from 1/8 track runs. I live too far from a 1/4 track to frequent it.

I installed my Dynatechs about 7 weeks ago and am very happy with them. As others have said, good SOTP difference and you can feel the torque increase. Have not had my car on the dyno yet, but I know I made some good gains just by the way the throttle reponse is.
I had some very minor fitment issues, but I think they were unique to my car, and I eventually got them worked out in no time.
I have 1 code, P0420(cat efficeincy code caused by O2s) which is caused by the highflow cats so the check engine light is on..no big deal as this does not effect performance and I will eventually have LS1 edit delete it anyway.

Here is a picture of my Dynatechs before I put them on..I sent them for Jet-Hot coating to keep the heat down, and for a great look

M'lord, you may want to reconsider this. Definitely speak with someone who is familiar with both systems before making your final decision. What was the reason why you wanted the 1 7/8s?
