The C2110 HC is Right Rear tire Pressure monitor malfunction. Most likley due to a BAD TPM battery. Replace the TPM or the battery inside.
The U 1016 code is a low voltage event or loss of communations with the EBTCM and other modules. I would clear them all and see if they come back.
C1218 is NOT defined in my 98 service manual.
