Default Installed Kooks - Lost A/C ??

I upgraded my old TPIS headers for a new Kooks system, after install, I have no air blowing from vents. I'm sure I have disconnected a vacuum line. Anyone have any ideas where to start?

Drivers side fuel rail underneath the cowl, there is one line that gets a little hidden that sits on top of the coil packs/fuel rail area. It's kind of near the AIR hoses. It is an easy one to miss.

For my recent kooks install I didn't have to unhook any other vacum line so if it's not the line I'm talking about, then you've got a different problem like a blown fuse or something.

Thanks Chris, I'll look there. I had the intake loose/forward and possibly did disconnect a line.

Your vacuum for all of the vacuum related accessories comes from one place. It is on the back of the intake manifold. It is a bitch to get to. It then goes to the vacuum resivour in the passengers fender well. It is all the way in the rear.

Here is a picture of the manifold vacuum fitting:

The small fitting under the MAP plug is where the rubber fitting connects to.

You might want to check the AC line that goes next to the battery box to the back of the compressor. It looks like its covered in aluminum fool. I put my headers on and that line was resting on the header and it burned a line right through the rubber line and all the freon leaked out of the car.

You don't have to call the guy a fool because his A/C isn't working. [good suggestion, btw]

Tiy can check the vacuum line in the back of the intake without removing it. Just put your had back there; though it may be easier if the AIR and PCV lines are out of your way
