Default head Torque with arp studs

I'm replace my heads and head bolts with new stage 3 heads and going to use arp studs in the heads. I have a set from my old ls1 motor can someone tell me what the torque is on all three bolt sizes. And is there a engine tuner in ky, Tn

65ft/pds on the big studs, 22ft/pds on the 5 small ones at the top, do those last.

Those torque values are with the ARP moly on the threads and washers, correct?

Ive used a little more TQ (with moly) on the larger studs and have had zero issues. I normally go 25 ft/lbs. working from the center out, then 40, then 55, and then I make my last pass at 75 ft/lbs. I also do the small studs last....22-25 ft/lbs gets the job done there. I also go over the large studs one more time after that (at 75) making sure all of them are tight.
