I have a problem with the memory switch that remembers the position of the seat, mirrors, etc. When I use the electric switch at the side of the drivers seat, the electric steering column is activated and does all sorts of strange things. The actual seat position selected by the memory seems to be all screwed up as well
Any one experienced this? Are they easy to replace or should I take it to the Chev dealer?
Also, the passenger side electric window has ceased to function. Is this common, and is this easily fixed or is it a Chev dealer job? (I have tried resetting the computer by disconnecting the battery for an hour or so).
First problem sounds like the Seat Control Module is on the frits.
The passenger window sticking is common. With the key on, try pressing the passenger window switch DOWN while slamming the door shut. Sometimes this will unstick it.
