Horn don't work
When I lock the doors using the remote FOB the lights do flash but still there is no horn sound. I have checked to make sure that the horn is enabled and should honk when you lock the door using the FOB. The horn does not work pushing on the air bag in the center of the steering wheel. I have checked the fuse in the engine compartment and it looks good. I have a DVM available and plan to find out for sure if that fuse is good but I suspect I will find it ok. I am not sure what to look at next but I the last thing I want to do is tear apart the steering wheel to get to the horn switch under the air bag. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this horn problem? Thanks in advanced,
Jim

You can also check the ground for the horns. It is chassis ground G-102. It is located on the passengers side front frame rail just aft of the head light and inboard of the area where the hood prop bolts to the frame. It will look something like this:
There is also a "SPLICE PACK" that the horns and many other front end electrical ground connections tie together at (SP-102) It is licated on the passengers side in the front facia. You will have to jack up the car, remove the under the bumper access panel and find it. It will be taped to one of thae wiring harnesses and looks like this:

I would see if yopu are getting voltage to the connector at each horn, then check the relay, then G-102 and them the splice pack. The horns get wet and do fail but, I have not seen both die at the same time from corossion.
There is no error message in the DTC.

That is a great start. I will start working on looking for the ground now. Is there anyway to make the horn sound by grounding out something? It would be a good way for me to find out what part of the system works or dont work.

Like Bill said, your first step should be to verify you're getting 12 volts to the horn connectors at the horns. If you are, this rules out a bad relay and points to a problem in which either both of the horns have failed (not likely but not impossible), or the ground to the horns has failed. If you are not getting 12 volts to the horn connectors, this points to a bad relay.
Something strange has happen and has me really perplexed. Last night while driving I noticed that all the lights on my dashboard where illuminated. In the past the left side of the dash panel had no lights illuminating the Tach gage, Oil Pressure and Water Temperature. I did not think that the lights missing on my dash had anything to do with the horn not working. Seeing the lights on the dash now illuminated I decided on trying to see if the horn work and much to my surprise it did. When I parked my Vett and locked the door using the FOB the horn blew. Can anyone tell me where the lights on the left side of my dash around the Tach gage, Oil Pressure and Water Temperature and the horn not working have anything in common?
