10 PCM. These are PO654, and P1571
P0654= Engine speed output circuit On that one check fuse. It is in the Under Hood electrical center. Fues#19 (Eng Ign )
P1571= ASR Desired torque circuit. Some of the others may be causing this one.
Clear them all and see if any come back.
Repost the results.

I JUST had this issue today on my kids car -An Eclipse - didn't seem to be cooling very good. Got the gages out, connected it up, added just a squirt of 134 in. As soon as that hit the sytem, the A/C (and fan) simply shut down.
Took up to the local garage. They have this fancy computer they hooked up to the hi/low side and it reads pressures and how much refrigerant in the system. In putting in 134, with no means of measuring how much, in just a few short seconds it shut down. The PLACARD clearly states the entire system takes 15 ounces (less than one full can of 134 from Autozone), nor more, no less. I had about 22 ounces and they said it was a miracle the condenser didn't blow.
Yep, its that fricking complicated now. Have someone hook it up to the computerized system and let them check it. Your electrical system is most likely perfectly fine, and there is no way any gadget can test the pressure and the amount of 134 in the lines, even if it isn't turning!
My expereience today only cost me $25 - Nice guys understood the stupidity of a wrench twister and hammer banger.
