Default Windshield Wipers not working right.

If I turn my wipers all the way on they work, but I have no intermittent and when you turn it off it does not go back to its proper resting place. Anyone know what the problem could be?

There are two udders under the motor control area in the valley where the motor control sits. Somethimes when they get clogged with debris they will fill with water and short out the motor control board.
Check to see if they are free of water and drain them if nneded by milking the udders of all debris and waterthey are full of water. Let the motor control board dry ot and try again if water was in fact your problem. If not it appears that the board needs to be replaced.

Yep,,, most likely you have a wet motor control board because the drain udders are clogged.

Here are a few pics:

Clean them and let the motor controler dry out. Should fix the problem.

I cleaned mine out too... same problem (only work in HIGH mode). I will have to replace the circuit board i think. Only problem is my wipers are STUCK to the wiper mount and I cant remove them to get access to the motor/board.
