It depends on how deep they are...
If part way through the clear coat they can likely be buffed out with a random orbital buffer and a polish....
If through the clear coat them it likely requires professional help.
I suggest you take some close-ups with a digital camera and post in the car care section under the general covette area.
The guys that hang out there will be able to give you sound advice
