Yes, yes, and well, yes!
Expecially if you are getting a good deal, like 400-500 used, or 600-750 new. They are 30" as compared to most LTs being 32", but that also means your cats are staying at stock ride heigth, ergo, no bottoming out (as much anyway).
If you go with another system, go with high-flow or no cats too, and eliminate that issue.

I have TPIS long tube ceramic coated headers. mated with Random Tech high flow cats and x- pipe. ppl tell me it sounds like a big block at ideal
A freind of mine HAD TPIS headers, then sold them and bought another big name header. He was not happy so he sold the big name header and went back to the TPIS for sound and power out put.
