Headers and removing the cats COMBO

Im thinking on doing that instead of long tubes(budget). Think about this... The headers will allow about 5 HP EA. and removing the cats another 5HP EA. so 5x4=20 HP roughly. DONT YOU THINK? WILL I GET CODES IF I REMOVE THE CATS? This would be on a C5 1998.

If you take the cats off you will get a ses code, just buy some simms and it will fix that. LTs are well worth the money and will give you a good gain, save up and you will be happy.

I wouldn't waste your time removing CATS especially in Cali since they are cracking down on modded cars...at this point I would be afriad to mod my car out there. LT's are worth the $$ though
