I'm having problems with my car and the only code that repeatedly comes up is the P0200. No other codes logged.
Car is currently at the dealership trying to get diagnosed but, the tech says there is no consistent faulty injectors but, random multiple faulty injector readings. But, nothing consistent.
Car is running extremely rich to the point where it is blowing white smoke on ocassions but, again nothing consistant.
Any suggestions on what the problem might be? Only engine mods are cam/springs and headers.
The control module enables the appropriate fuel injector on the intake stroke for each cylinder. Ignition 1 voltage is supplied to the fuel injectors. The control module controls each fuel injector by grounding the control circuit via a solid state device called a driver. The control module monitors the status of each driver. If the control module detects an incorrect voltage for the commanded state of the driver, a fuel injector DTC sets.
It sounds like it could either be a bad ground or a bad PCM, if the dealership has it they should be able to figure it out.

They mentioned a bad PCM but, I got the feeling that would be an extremely rare thing to go bad in these cars.
We'll see what they have to say after another day of working on it.

Does the car run "ok" in open loop? If it does, look at the 02's.

In my book white smoke means only one thing....Coolant is getting in the combustion chamber of one or more cylinders. If running rich the smoke should be BLACK.

I'm going by the dealer to check on the car today and will look at the coolant level. But, I did check the oil and it was not milky or indicate any signs of mixing with water.
It is definately running rich. As fuel can easily be smelled in the exhaust. Not to mention that with the car idling; the dealership managed to burn 1/2 tank of gas while trying to diagnose it. So there is a ton of fuel going into the engine, that much is certain.
It turns out that it was a combination of problems. A misfire on bank 2 and my O2 wires were crossed when the tuner installed my headers. So the computer thought the misfire was on bank one and was altering the fuel on bank 1 instead of bank 2. So they swapped out the intire bank 2 coil bracket and switched the O2 wires and now it seems to be running fine.
Hope the post helps someone in the future diagnose this problem a bit faster than I was able too. A big thanks to the tuner that installed the O2 wires backwards as this added antother 2 days to the diagnosis process.
