Hook 'em up. Do you have the later version of the Kooks and need to adapt the passenger side to make it longer? Why are you asking? Are you thinking of eliminating the AIR pump? Most just connect the AIR tubes.
Hmm . . . no AIR tubes. Here are a few pics of a Kooks install I helped a buddy with on his 2000 FRC which is the same setup you have. Notice the AIR tubes on each header. If you bought these used, someone cut the tubes off prior to you buying them. You can use them but you'll need to eliminate the AIR pump system using a tuner like EFILive or HP Tuners. Plus you may not pass emissions/inspection in a state that does visuals.
Kooks makes a race system that does not have AIR tubes. If you are running the Kooks race system you are not running cats so you have no use for the AIR system. Have your tuner edit out the rear 02 sensors and the AIR codes. Bob
