I finally compleated my engine swap and procharger install, and my C5 is running rather warm. If i just cruise around my temps stay around 200 degrees. Nothing odd there. Then a few gears of "spirited driving" the temps rise to 220-230 and cool down to 224-226 but will not go much lower.

Any ideas will be great.
Well, when you say that you just cruise around, if you mean on the freeway at a constant speed and youre getting 200 degrees engine temp, and assuming your coolant is full, I would change the thermostat first, you may have a defective one.

I can cruise on the freeway or in town, but it does get hot faster light to light. I am using one of Andy's kits does the front mount hurt cooling of the engine? I tried a new thermostat and I borrowed a vacuum bleeder from a friend and used that to fill the system.
The front mount intercooler does block air to the radiator. We have installed a few of Andy's kits before. The problem is you are making some real good power now. Heat comes with power and power is heat. You need to make sure you don't have any leafs or crap trapped in the intercooler or radiator. If you don't, you will need to get into a aftermarket radiator. We sell a Ron Davis unit that we have installed into supercharged car with great results.

That does sound like the way to go. I was wondering if I was just at the limits of the oem cooling system. With a larger radiator is there any fitment issues?
