Out last night racing with my friend in his Viper...all of a sudden, when I was almost all the way into it. The DIC suddenly comes on and says REDUCED ENGINE POWER...the car then starts to die on me. I got it to the house and now, it will start, but you have to get on the gas to keep it running...otherwise, it sputters and then dies. I do have a worn out battery but I don't think that is the problem...In an attempt to reset the computer, I cleared any and all codes so I don't have them either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably the best thing to do is to start it back up so it will throw the codes again and then write them down and go from there.
It really could be a multitude of things starting with a fouled plug to burnt plug wires and on to a bent valve. You need to start with the codes.

The codes are the car's way of telling you what's wrong. Clearing them, without writing them down and investigating what they mean, is just like telling your car "screw you!"
C5 are VERY sensitive to battery voltage!! If you suspect that the battery is bad, that would be the FIRST thing that I would check!!
What is the voltage on the dash volt meter and the voltage on the DIC volt meter? What is the voltage on the battery at the battery terminals with the car OFF and then with it idling??
After you start the car and check the voltages, go back and re-check the codes and post them. Make sure you post the C or H sufixes!!
I also agree with checking all of the air intake connections between the MAF and the throttle body.
