Wish I had the $$$, been sinking everything into the house. But you know what they say, "You can live in your car, but you can't race your house.". Heh!

They guy I want to fix the car cant fix it until December-January. He's a professional corvette restorer in charlestown W.va. I took it out for a run yesterday and it ran nice. It just looks bad !(on one side )
I dont have to sell the heads, but if someone wants them or needs them like yesterday, Ill help a brother. Im sure the car will be perfect after the work because its just the skins that need to be replaced, But just in case it's not perfect, Ill sell the car, heads, bolt ons, and do the C6 thing

That's a bummer that he can't get to the car until then. Let me check with Chuck Burges who lives in Haymarket. He's a nationally known vette judge and restorer. He may know someone who can get to it sooner. I don't know why I didn't think about it sooner.

I just purchased a set of A&A stage 2 heads with Comp 921's for 1400. Not AFR's but good heads and a whole lot cheaper. Fine for me. They were just completely reconditioned and never run including the 921's. The springs alone are $600. I wanted to get up to ECS this week to have the H/C (G5x3) done but they are having a magazine shoot Thursday and Friday, but I'll get up in the next few weeks.
