Do tuner shops automaticly drill out the clutch line-restriction when changing clutches, or do you have to request it? And is it really even worth doing?
I had this done when clutch was replaced and it did not resolve clutch pedal not returning nor did taking the spring off the clutch pedal.
The restriction is there so that the fluid flows at a faster rate when on the clutch pedal but slower flow back when pedal is released to help hold clutch when sitting at a stop on a upward hill.
Try flushing out the brake fluid used for clutch and keeping it clean and thermal wrap the fluid hose because when it heats up the fluid then this problem seems to happen more.
I did both and replace the fluid in master fluid tank about once every few months and since then no problems.

The restrictor in the clutch line is only to keep the trans & the diff. from receiving 350 & up lbs. of torque when the clutch is dropped @ higher RPM, the sacrifice is to the clutch, which will SLIP, I found out the expensive way.
The restrictor allows the clutch to engage slowly.
I smoked my clutch in a panic (passing) shift to 3rd from 5th @ 55 MPH when things got close.
