Sticky door lock
My drivers side door lock doesnt like to work when I use the key fob or door lock button, It works fine manually but 90% of the time when I use the key fob it wont lock. The other odd thing is it will unlock every time no matter what I do to unlock. I shot some lube in the locks and latch, no help do I have to remove the door panel and see whats up?

it happens to me too..
isnt a big deal , but sometieimes when i lock my door remotely, the doors dont lock...and it wont unlock too..
a big hassle
anyone know how to fix this problem!???

How old is your Key Fob?It may need a new battery .Otherwise,take a look at your door lock accuator in the door.Since you didn't mention how old your Vette is ,it is hard to say for sure.Batteries in the key fob start to wear down in about 3 years , depending how often you use it...(try the spare fob,to see if it makes any difference.).It may be your door lock accuator if your Vette is older,as the motor in it may be worn...If it is under warrantee let the dealer fix it...My $0.02

Door lock module is most likely the culprit.
Mine started as an intermittent unlock with the fob or power lock switch... then progressed to lock and unlock.
There is another thread where one stated the relay contacts arc and start to connect poorly, causing the condition.
A new module (out of warranty) is approx $300. Good luck.
