base circle different on ls1/2/6 cams?
the ls6 base circle is smaller requiring diff length push rods if installing a ls6 cam into a ls1 correct. I'm not calling the base 2001+ cars ls6 w/ the block/intake that got the standard upgrade across the board. thanks for the info

The wording of your post is a bit confusing..
Yes, the LS1 cam's base circle is larger than the LS6 cam. GM made up the difference with longer valve stems..
You (as I did) can make up the diff. with longer push rods. I'm using 7.425" (stock is 7.400") w/ my LPE GT2-3 cam.
