Default Tire Pressure Sensor Help

I just replaced the battery in one of my Tire Pressure Sensors. I got the idea and instructions from this forum. It went great and that sensor is now reporting fine. The problem I have is that the right rear sensor will not "train". This is not the sensor that was giving me an intermittent problem.

Anybody ever had this problem? If so, what was the cure? I'm using a speaker magnet to train the sensors. It works on the other 3 but not on the 4th.

My sensors were working just fine. Then after some elec work they needed retraining. At that point the Right Front would not retrain I replaced it with a new one now they all work just fine. My car is a 99 and I can only guess that it was at the end of the battery life and would not come back on to retrain. I suspect that by next year I'll have to do the other three. Since you have to have the tire dis mounted to repair/replacethem I'm not going to mess with replacing the battery. If it doesn't work I'd have to go through the whole process again. I'll catch them on sale a Fred Beans for 80.00 and know they have good batterys in them.

Did you check voltage before you put sensor back in? If not, I have heard stories of them suddenly starting to work like magic after a few miles/runs..........

No, I didn't check the voltage on this sensor. It was working fine before I replaced the battery in the other sensor. I don't doubt that it is a batteu problem. I was wanting confirmation before I went to the trouble of making ther replacement
