Will Bilstein's lower...

the car more after having lowered on stock bolts only, or do I have to cut front bushings and buy longer bolts for the rear to get the look I want?

I'm lowered on stock bolts and didn't notice any change in ride height. As far as I know, shocks only dampen the up/down movement and have nothing to do with suspension height.

correct unless they are bottomed out and holding the car up like crutches. They would have to be the wrong size to do that.

Yes you will need to cut the front bushings and maybe go with longer bolts in the rear. Bilstein Sport shocks are designed to be used for lowered suspensions.
