I just installed a new Aussi oz700 clutch on a 03 z06 about 6 months back. I have about 500 miles on the clutch.
I had a problems couple weeks back where I couldn't shift into REVERSE and took it to my dealer and they replaced the SLAVE CYLINDER and problem got resolved.
Problem #1
I always had this chatter/vibration problem even with my stock clutch and then with Aussi but now its 10 times louder and my shifter shakes and vibrates like crazy, and pushing in the clutch pedal stops all the chatter and its all smooth. What can I do to resolve this?
Problem #2
Today I had my car on the lift at the dealer to make sure nothing is loose. Everything checked out ok, and while car was on the lift we put in 1st gear and tires started to spin even though clutch was still pushed down. I had to leave work and couldn't stary their to see what else we can do. Any idea what is causing this. My guy at the dealer said that he will bleed the fluid and see if that help and if not then we will take it all appart and start over. Please advise if anyone had the same problem. Thanks
When you put the clutch in did you also install a new flywheel and if so were they balanced, there is also a tread I read today about bad clutches and how it relates to the flyweel not being tightened down. Let us know what you find out

Everything that comes with Aussi clutch is ready to install and no need to balance, or atleast thats what I was told. I'll check with Pete at Textrilla..(they have an awesome customer service) I hope he can resolve this. Thanks
The slave includes the throwout bearing. The new clutch pressure plate could have gone bad (it happens) or you have something wrong with the actuator (slave+throwout) or clutch master cylinder.
