Default Throwing codes after front/rear alignment??

I have a 98 A4 coupe. Tires were showing some wear, the backs are really showing some wear but that is another story I had the front/rear aligned and immediately starting throwing codes...shocks inoperable, maxium speed 80 mph, service engine, check gauges, and a slew of others that I can't remember and have never seen These codes appear at no perticular time and sometimes days before they start showing up!!!! It sounds like a short but I would like to hear from the experts. I thought it might be the battery so changed to another Optima Red Top just to take that out of the equation. Thanks for any help you can provide.

C5 General hasn't been much help so I thought I would post here....

I don't know if you have the F45 suspension but check the electrical connectors to the shocks and ABS system.

You also need to check your connection to the pcm located in to passengers wheel well. Esure the connector aren't damaged or loose. ""See the pcm must recieve a signal from all body control mod every 5 sec. and if the pcm doesn't get a signal it send out codes citing that all areas that didn't checkin are broke""". So please have the dealer or anyone with a tech 2 check your computer. and ensure that they are all talking.
