Just got a power duct and they say to drill a 11/16 hole for the MAT. First of all I dont have that size What is it close to? and they said you could move the MAT were should I put IT. Please tell the correct place to put it... My wife already told me were to put it, but that might hurt a little ...
It has to be that 11/16's size, it will leak if it is not the right size. Move it as far away from the engine as you can, and closer to cooler air, IMHO
You can relocate it to your airbox where your AIR pump supply hose goes.
True, or if you have a Blackwing air filter, the 1997-2000 C5s can relocate to the flow gauge hole in the Blackwing. I've read that Lingenfelter does that.

what does the air pump supply hose do anyways? where does it supply air too?
It intakes air for the AIR pump. I believe AIR stands for Air Injection Reactor, and the purpose is to inject air into the exhaust manifolds upon startup to allow the cats to warm up faster and reduce startup emissions. You can usually hear it cycling on and off for a few minutes when you start the car up cold.
