Removed front bolts/bushings,9 inch grade 8 bolts in the rear.ZO6 wheels,no rubbing.I could go 19" front and 20" wheels and stay this low,it's all in the tire selection.
A Goodyear F-1 supercar tire. 295/35/18 is 26.1" in dia.(top to bottom)
A Pirelli PZero nero tire......... 285/25/20 is 25.6" in dia.
Actually a hair shorter. If you like that look,(more rim- less tire),i do...I will get this set up after power mods.

25" front..
26" rear...

If I lower using the stock bolts, do I need to get another alignment?

I did the same. It looks great and is OK to drive, but I would definitely not go any lower.
