What are the differences between year models and aftermarket brands?

The only difference in the years would be the air tube. 1998-2000 had the air tube located further back on passanger side exhaust manifold.

Does the 30-35HP also involve running catless?

On the stock motor, your not going to see 30-35 RWHP

You'll be in the 20 range. Get them coated

Well with the high flow cats these days, I'd imagine you would get 5 additional HP MAX out of headers with no cats as opposed to high flow cats. I bought mine without cats because they were cheaper and I don't need to do emissions. Plus, I like the louder sound!

I would need to run high flows- luckily I'm a dealer for Random Tech
My exhaust is so loud now I can barely stand it with the top up- but does sound great though
