Keeps coming back...what needs to be repaired/replaced?

This is on an 02' Z06 with Magnacharger.

Thanks

That is your A.I.R. system. My guess is it was physically removed by your tuner, and the PCM was not edited properly?

If the system is still intact, then you either have a malfunctioning pump / and or / an issue with the one-way check valves (one on each side of the exhuast manifolds).

Thanks. I assume the system is still intact. I've had the maggie for a couple of years and these codes have only recently started showing up.

I had the codes turned off not long ago so the CEL wouldn't come on just to get my emissisions testing but now it continues to read "Not Ready" for testing and I can't pass the emissions test. I had the oxygen sensor codes turned off along time ago and it also reads "Not Ready" when I go in for the emissions which was ok but showing more than 1 "Not Ready" on a 2002 model will not pass if that makes any sense.

I know exactly what you are reffering to. I believe 2001 and older can have 2 "not ready" systems, 2002+ only allowed one or you fail.

Check with your (or another) tuner. There is a "right" way and a "wrong" way to disable these codes. You want to turn off the error reporting but allow the SES light to set so the PCM will still run the test (but the SES light won't set due to the error reporting value).

Folks that aren't familiar with this will set everything to "off", and you end up with your experience.

PM for details. I can tell you what it looks like in HP Tuners.
