Its going a a H/C 346 stock block in a C5 m6 with 3:42 gears with all the boltons. I drag race a little and love to RR but only get out a few times each year for both, is this a good cam for both? Would there be an advantage to advancing the LSA or leave it at 112?

I just got done putting a h/c package on my '02z06. I went w/ a .590/.590 228/228 112lsa. I idles really nice and made 450rwhp. I road race about 8-10 times a year and now nothing can catch it on the track. If you don't mind a choppy idle go w/ the 112lsa, but if smog or idle is important stay in the 114-116 range. Stock is 117.5 according to G.M.
The other way to go is with a larger LSA and more ground in advance. That is the way I went with my VHP cam. Idles good and produces good power to 6K RPM.
