Default ecm programers for 98
I have been looking at a number of hand held programers the Diablo was top on my list .I emailed them and they only make them for 99 and up can anyone give me the name of another programer?. Or can I upgrade my ecm to a newer one ? My next consideration is going a tuner

If you do not have some good mods, don't waste your money with a custom tune. Just get the HPP3
