Default Body panel question?

I am purchasing a 2001 coupe with the ground effects already installed. While I love the looks of the car as I am purchasing it, I just wonder for any future owner, if ever, how do they come off and can they come off? I am thinking they are glued on. Any thoughts?
Also, Anyone having ground effects installed, I am assuming they make very low profile jacks to be able to jack the car up? Anyone know where to get a good one for removing and servicing the tires and brakes?
Thanks in advance.
Bob

That is ACP panels and they are fasten with double stick tape and a few screws in the bottom rocker where you can't see.

That is the overlay front like I have.

intalking the body shop guys, who also race speedworld vipers we decdid to use pop-rivets instead of the tape. the rivets may not look as great but they do hold at 150 mph
