Heeeellllppp!!!!!
Can anyone tell me if that code is due to my steeing column noise. I'd like to know something before taking it to the dealership. Thanks!
After popping the daytime light twice in a week, I pulled the driver side to make it more stealth...lol.
What kind of noise was it? How loud and was it coming from the interior. I know the pop-up headlight motor makes a really loud buzzing sound when they start to go.
I'm sure someone on here can help ya out.....

The H means its historical so the fault was transitory.
From your description it sounds like you have two fairly common problems.
Fast blinkers probably mean a dead DRL bulb. Check your DRLs with the car running and the handbrake off. If you have a light out, post again and we can tell you how to fix it. You'll need a 4157NALL bulb (although 3157NA works).
Although I can't be sure, the buzzing from the headlight sounds like your motor gear is stripped. If it is, it's a very loud buzzing, almost grinding, noise as the flip ups close flush. It runs on for 5-10 seconds.
There's a plastic gear in the motor assembly which often fails. You can change it yourself by getting a brass gear from Rodney Dickman.
This is the site you need for the brass gears:
http://www.rodneydickman.com/retail_new.html
Go to the Electrical section and you'll see the Corvette C5 Brass Gear kit.
If you take it to the dealer it will be about $450
It's reasonably complex process but there are good write ups here and some guys have been successful. I had a drivers headlamp module changed under warranty but I have a brass gear ready if it fails again.Hope that helps.

Try testing for the buzz in two steps. First turn the ignition key to the off position but do not remove the key, and listen for the buzz. Then remove the key from the ignition and see if it buzzes. You should not hear the column lock actuator buzz until you remove the key, and it should be coming from the area of the steering column.
If you hearing a buzz that is coming from the engine compartment, that is something else.

Thank you to everyone in here for being so helpful in helping me resolve this issue!
