Bill Curlee has a very good post here. Do a search of the Archived threads.

Don't know if it is exactly the same (I have an 02) but there is a ground from the negative terminal to the chassis right below the battery box.
There is a ground on the same run of chassis towards the front of the car.
There is a ground from the negative terminal to the passenger side of the block.
There is a ground on from the chassis to the block on the driver's side.
There are other various small grounds coming from harnesses but these are your mains.

For those of us electronically challenged; and since no one has already asked. . . is it wise to disconnect the battery before disconnecting and cleaning the grounds?
Just wondeing . . .

YES! That would be the correct and recommended way to do ground cleaning!! That way you won't get surprised by a spark and maybe damage something.
