Sometimes when I start my car my PCM gets reset and yes I do have
a new battery that measures 12 volts with the key on and 14 volts with
the car running. Has anyone seen this problem ?
You have a bad connection some where that is allowing the PCM voltage to drop below the PCM's minimum voltage requirement. I would start with battery cables (clean and torque the cables on the battery to 12 ft/lbs) and then clean the grounds. Especially the PCM related grounds.

Well I checked the cables and connections and they are all good.
I looked in the shop manual and the PCM uses ground G106. Does
anyone know where this is located ?
There are TWO ground bolts on the lower portion of the block. They are located just below (approx) # 3 and #4 cylinders sparkplugs. I have a picture of the bolt. Send me your e-mail address and I will send them to you.

Thanks for the information after spending several hours searching
thru my shop manuals last nite I finally found a drawing of the bolt
location in the starter removal section of the manual.
