Default Dart Stage 2 Heads

Hi Guys,
I just ordered Dart stage 2 CNC ported heads from Texas Speed, to round out my major mod list to the car. Is anyone running these yet and if so how do you like them.
I've run many Dart Big Block heads over the years and was always impressed with the results. Most of you guys like the AFR'S, and with good reason, but I know from past experience that Dart makes a damn good product for the money. I should have them in about 3 weeks I'm told, and after the install it will go back on the Dyno for a tune. I'll post back with results.

I'm running 225cc dart's on my LS1 and i think they're the best bang for the buck head available. Nothing can beat them for 1600 dollars

As cast or ported? Any results with them? I have the 205's that I just finished, as soon as the weather breaks and my new lifters arrive I should be ready to rock and roll

As cast. Laid down 400rwhp with a 212/236 119LSA cam and the 225cc version.

What kind of cfm numbers are the posted versions putting down?

No just a custom grind i wanted to try out. Can't even tell the car is cammed. When i start building my 6L i think i may even try 220/240 119LSA.

As for the lambo. I envy you. I've only had the chance to sit in one and i was in heaven.

Nice talking to you.

btw, I raced a stock C6 ZO6 in a Lambo Galardo, the padel shifter is slow shifting and the ZO6 walked me several times. Really nice car, but for the $$, I was not impressed with the power. but maybe I'm jaded.

That avitar puts a grin on my face every time I come to this site.

Nice talking to you to Doug, thanks for the info. I'm hopeing to make some good power with this combo. With my present setup on street tires I went 12.2 @118 with a 2.2 sixty before they booted me because I'm a convert. So I think after 3.73's heads and a tune I should be low elevens high tens with a tire if I can cut a good sixty.

Love the car. Sounds great. And don't change the Avitar. I look you up just to see it. You should have her at the shop. Think of the bussiness you would get.
