Convertible top adjustment

The drivers side window on my 2000 Vette is now wearing a spot on the fabric of my top. There is an adjustment link visable at the rear of the top whe I am folding it up. Which way do I need to turn this? Increase length of shorten it.. Or is this a window adjustment. anyone know for sure?

Thanks. I have been looking for something on this also. My driver side rubbed on my old top and when I had it replaced I have had to leave the window down slightly to prevent this. As always this is a great place to find fixes from great people.
