I have a 1999 FRC. I'm thinking about a new cam and springs. I want more power and I want it to lope. What size should I get??? And does anyone know the stock cam specs for a 1999 FRC??? Lift, Overlap and Duration
Thanks!

Stock cam is .479/.472 on lift. Don't have LSA or duration here at the moment. I would imagine LSA is fairly conservative like 114 or so. HTH

I believe the stock LS1 in 99 is 119.5, and the duration is something like 199/207. It switched in 2000 to 117. I may have those reversed though. I just put a cam in my 99 FRC last weekend, it is a .595/.598 lift 232/234 duration on a 112 LSA.
