Default Courtesy lights are out

The lights in the footwells, rear hatch, and mirror lights seem to be out when opening the door. I have checked fuse #2 and the micro relay and they both seem ok. Any other suggestions?

Don't have your son in law screw with your car and you won't have this problem.

Thanks for any help.

Tim

He might have turned them off by quickley turning the headlamps or the courtesy lamps on and off.

Theres a fuse on the footwell panel that controls those lights. I was working down there yesterday and ended up with a little trial and error testing pulling individual fuses. Its one of the 10A ones.

I was working on some interior pieces and pulled out the panel under the pass. side glove box. Got the light out and went inside for something, came back out and he said he was trying to get the light out and it sparked and now they don't work.
Thanks for the help so far.

I owe you a six pack. That's the one. Pulled it and burnt right thru. Maybe my Son-in-law owes you the six pack.

Thanks a million
