Fixed Stuck Driver Window
My son's 99 had the driver window stuck in up position. You could hear the relay click when you pushed the up or down button. And the amp meter would dip when you pushed one with the ignition on but car not running. So from past posts here, I suspected the motor was stuck. Took off door panel and speaker and deflector. Removed the 3 nuts holding assembly to the door inside. Removed the 4 screws holding motor outer casing to the gearbox. Turned motor armature by hand to unscrew it from gear box a bit. Turned it back into the gear box, reassemblied everything back together, pushed down button and window came down. Works fine now. Good reason to cycle your windows once a week or so.
