Default Some Problems...need some help

I have a 98 C5 and its been acting up lately. There are a few things happening so Ill list them:

1. While driving, the gas gauge will go to E (It was on three quarters) and the low fuel light will come on, usually until I turn the car off and let it sit for a few mins.

2. While driving, sometimes the Service ABS, Service Traction Control, Service Active Handling will appear and then go away after I restart the car. It then will stay off for a while and pop back up.

3. Sometimes while in the "run" position, the Service Tire Mon. Sys, Check air pressure, Service Engine soon lights will come on, then moist of the time go off when the car is started.

The only code that comes up is the following, P0461 H C which is the fuel level sensor. Would that have to be replaced? What about the other random problems? Help! lol, thanks

#1. A common problem, due to sulphur (sp) in gas corroding fuel sensor contacts. Try using Techtron to clean. Switching gas types helps. Mobil uses Techtron.

Can't help on others.

I'm guessing the random codes are due to a bad ground or for the TCS a dirty connector.

Same problem with my 2001. Will check the ground connections this wk. My passenger window will not work when I am getting these messages. I stop the car restart and I am good to go.
