Default Memory settings change...?

The memory features such as mirror adjustments, seat position, radio/CD settings, etc. are set prior to starting the engine and should be able to setup for each key FOB, right?

Why do my settings intermittently change? Mainly its my seat position but let me give some examples:

Went into the NAPA store, locked the car came out 5 minutes later and the seat was way out of adjustment.

Stopped to pick up something and while I was listening to the radio when I left the CD came on when I started the car.

Sometimes when I get in the car, and it is hot outside, I will turn on the A/C and push the outside circulation button...about 5 seconds later the A/C switches back to vent.

I'm I doing something wrong? These issues do not occur often enough for me to take it to the dealer, and need try to replicate them on demand. I feel the need to post this smiley.

I hear you buddy,

Althought my babe is not in need of an exorcist :U , I often do wonder why it will
mess w/ my recyled air versus vent air.

I've been having similar problems. More so lately than before. Memory seems to lose its "memory" . I just bit the bullet and made an appointment next week to have the dealer look at it - might as well have the rocking seat taken care of at the same time.
