Default Thought on this camshaft

Ok thinking of putting in a MTI steath II camshaft 224 220 .581 .581 116

I have right now in my daily 1998 M6 c5 driver is LS6 heads, 3:73 gears, borla stingers and aftermarket air intake. How much gain will i see?

if you dont mind a little chop to the idle, go with the MTI R1 cam. Just finished my install a couple weeks ago and couldnt be happier.

Ah. Yeah, the R1 cam will require some tuning since it is quite a bit bigger. I had a LPE 224/228 581/588 cam in my coupe and it was very driveable without the tune. It made 375 rwhp on a stock intake/heads '99 with headers and exhaust. It has similar specs as the MTI Stealth II cam you posted but it was on a 114LSA.

I don't understand the pupose of the exhaust duration being smaller.
whats the performace differences compared to these?
224/220 581/588
224/224 581/581
224/228 581/588

a friend of mine went with the 228/222 588/581 car hasn't made here for me to check out yet.
