Drivers side mirror yellow???

Drivers side mirror yellow???
I have a small problem with the drivers side mirror. It looks like something has shorted in it and turned it yellow in color. There is what looks like a burn mark in 1 corner of it.
Question #1 - can the glass be replaced? or do I have to replace the whole mirror?
Question #2 - I found one online but the guy is unsure of the model info from it. He states these #'s are on it.

Mine is from what I can tell an auto-dimming/memory mirror. I beleive the auto-dimming feature is my problem. It looks like there is some type of liquid in the glass itself. When you push on it it moves around inside the glass. Kind of like when you push on an LCD screen....LOL
Any help would be GREAT!!!!!

No this is not normal. I looks like something shorted in the corner where it is black and almost has a liquid look to it. It is also blurry as he**....
Anyone got any ideas on that part # listed? I want to buy that mirror from this guy but want to make sure it is the same one as I am replacing if possible.
