Boost Loss
Will 38lb injectors work with 8lbs of boost? bought the ATI stock P-1SC-1 set up, Then made changes headers; X pipe, 38mm T-body, roller rockers ect... now only getting 4 - 5 lbs of boost... I orderd the 4.60 pully and belt, to bring me back up... I do have a LM1 meter, with HP tuner set up...

its normal to lose some boost when you add headers. with the mods you made, most likely the 38# injectors will be maxed out...I would think they would max out at around 480rwhp or so. Switch to 60#motrons and you wont have to worry about it again..
If you have the 2.0 version of HP it can show you the injector duty cycle...
If you have the 2.0 version of HP it can show you the injector duty cycle...

Go with the 60#motrons and be done with it and when you want to turn up the wick further the injectors will be enough for you, I know I run them in my setup and Chris tunes his car and he is right on for the size of injectors to run
