got on it and!

hit about 4 grand in first and it seemed like the traction conrol kicked on but it didnt.it cut out for just a second and continue to speed up....did it again and it it did it at 5 grand....tried one more time and it was gone...??? my paper filter was damp..would that have anything to do with it?

I don't know for certain but it is possible. That is a common effect of a wet paper filter.
