Silicon Grease?
Should I use this on all outside connectors that I unplug (O2 extensions, fuel pump hot wire harness, engine sensors, etc.) ?
And are you suppose to just coat around the pins for a seal, or are you suppose to coat the contact pins also?

Dielectric grease is normally used for two reasons:
1) Keep out moisture/prevent corrosion
2) Keep two materials from heat-fusing together.
If neither condition exists, the benefits of using this grease are greatly diminished. Can it hurt anything? .....possibly, if sandy/dirty conditions are present. These "contaminants" can and will stick to residual grease very readily.
