Car won't start question.
Mmmmmkay..
Barely flickering power and then I charged it with a friend's Civic. Got interior lights on but no crank. Just ticking. Thought it may have been too low of amperage so we got a MR2 to hook up and still same.
There's also a buzzing coming from floor fuse box. I checked and it's number 37 labeled "Monitored LD". What is this fuse for? Is this the cause of my problem?

Sounds similar to the no start issue I am having. Follow the troubleshooting tips in this thread and post your findings. Looks like I have a bad theft deterrent relay.
