Sorry for my english, I mean I had to install the factory headers back. I need the American racing headers for my supercharger. I am just loosing too much power because of the factory headers.
I will use the lift next week again and he will allow me to keep it two days (isn't it enough to do a header swap??? )
Maybe we have some parts with different dimensions here in Europe, I don't know It just can't seem to fit!
In the mean time if you have any tips, please share them so I will have less trouble next week!

Mr Lumpy, thanks for the number!! I will call them on Monday or tuesday too, just before I start to install them again!!

Which supercharger are you running? Hope you get the issues with the LT taken care of. Are you tuning after the install?

Any advise????? Please I beg you!!!

sorry, man. i had the same problem with the passenger side during my installation.

was your passenger header the problem too?

a mallet finally got mine in after about 2.5 hours of trying everything possible.

there was definately no "BOOM" in my case.

No boom here either! The problem is that I could not get any side in. I am telling you, we were three onthe car at the end and couldn't figure it out! I was a little stressed since I knew that I had limited time and had to quite the lift (that might also have played a role). I see we had almost the same issue
I will give AR a call on tuesday and go try it again by the end of the week, maybe I will have to lift the motor and at the saùme time lower the motor support (I don't know how to call it), that my give me a little more than 1" of room. Hoppefully they will get in. If not I won't know what to do!

Sportsdude, I am running A&A P1SC kit with single intercooler, the car runs great. (planning on a bigger motor in the future and I might go turbo too. And yes I am going to send my PCM to Andy for a tune!

Thanks guys!
