I Forgot, The Power For The Nitrous Is Coming From An Accesory Outlet.
But, Remember Also That Even Without Arming The Nitrous, The Motor Goes Into Reduced Engine Power Under Full Power And Sometimes Half Throttle.

It is important to include all of the info in the DIC view of the codes IE P 1221 H or P 1221 C ect ect... The letters are just as informative as the codes!

Have you considered replacing the throttle position sensor? The P 1221 code (I'm guessing that it is a P code means that your Throttle Position sensor isn't working.

Here is a entire list of codes and definitions for your car:

Have you ever had a battery acid spill?? How did the wires and modules under the battery look??

the problem has nothing to do with the TAC or it would have also tripped TAC errors. Nothing to do with wiring on the left side of engine either,

The problem maybe that NOS device is connected to TPS and that box is adding noise/emi or current draw that causes the A and B checks to no longer match and of course then PCM to be save with drive by wire will play it safe and go into REM.
If you check a TPS of a F-body and Y-body you see they are not the same since TAC requires clean circuits.

Crap designers that attach devices to TPS have no clue what TAC is all about and either loads down the output of TPS or is adding noise into the circuit.
TPS has a return/isolated ground not a chassis ground in that PCM controls functions not by voltage but by ground level and any device tapped into TCM could backfeed voltage and cause TPS output to be lower and not match the triple checks TAC does and what PCM sees from TPS.
Also any splices to TPS better be good or the splice will add more resistance and effect the TPS output voltage.

Take off that box. clean any splices TPS wiring has and then see if problem still exists.
